He has been on that list most of the year. Not just the TD's, but several other QB stats over first two seasons. He is in rarefied air.

Assuming the Seahawks win today, Russell Wilson will have 23 wins in his first two seasons.

In comparison to the following QBs:
Dan Marino: 21 wins over first two years (25 games)
Peyton Manning: 16 wins over first two years (32 games)
Tom Brady: 20 wins over first two years starting (30 games)(Did not start his rookie year)
Joe Montana: 2 wins over first two years (8 games)
Ben Roethlisberger: 22 wins over first two years (25 games)
Aaron Rodgers: 17 wins over first two years starting (32 games)(Did not start his first 3 years in NFL)

Cannot seem to find a QB with more wins over their first two years in the NFL.

Going through the lists of greatest QBs of all time and any QB I can remember off the top of my head and I cannot seem to find a QB who has won more games than Wilson in their first two years.
