There was no way he was going to throw Kinsler a strike at 3-2 with first base open. I think Ian wanted to make something happen badly. Not saying it's not tempting but I really thought he was going to walk to let Belts hit with the bases loaded and 1 out.

AJP is about the last guy in baseball I want up at that point. Zero patience. Terrible defensive catcher, terrible batter's eye and no patience at the plate. Got to do something else at catcher in the offseason. Send AJP off to pasture with Berkman.

Tell you another thing I'm getting sick and tired of...we are getting out HR'ed in our own park... Game in and game out, the opposition out HR's us at home. I have no stats on this, but it just feels that our opponents are far ahead of us here....
