2 GBs that just happen to find holes. We're about to be playing from behind again.

I agree with ya. And finally he got the GB for a DB and HELLO WIN COLUMN.

It didn't bother him to bring in Diekman 3 days in a row.

Like I said already, I'm not a fan of bringing in "damn near anyone" 3 games in a row.

But I am on board with Justin re: I didn't have as much as a problem with removing Perez as some did.

I don't expect Teen to do that every start, but for him to bounce back after the Yankee game has to be HUGE for him mentally. Good for him, cause he's gonna be a huge part of the rotation in the coming years! Him being the Rangers 4th starter is gonna be sweet.

Banny this team won inspite of you. You got lucky. JD to fix this immediately.

Nothing is going to happen here immediately. It's just not.

And truth be told, Washington would still be our manager if all things had worked out for him/us properly.

Frankly, I'd truly hate that!

I'm excited for the rotation next year. I miss watching Yu and Derek.

And that means we're stuck with Bannister. The guy has zero chance at guiding us through a 7 game series against someone like Bouchy or Maddon.

I know but I can hope. This guy was definitely the wrong choice to guide this team.

Yeah, TAG. He was in complete command and out idiot leader saw fit to yank him with less than 85 pitches because he gave up one fucking hard hit ball. The Giants got a boost because when you took Perez out they felt like they had a chance. You have them life, fuckwad.

Hamels was on 6 days rest. Not 4, which is the norm for a SP. Not 5. But 6! Don't tell me that the "chaos" of joining a new team, or the "oppressive" heat (ever been to a summer day game in Philly?) made Banister pull him after 97 pitches. It was a dumb move by a manager that is proving to be just as stubborn and unintelligent as his predecessor when it comes to managing a bullpen.

I don't really blame Scheppers for stinking up the joint. He's done that for several weeks now. I blame Banister, and indirectly JD for hiring him. His in game situational management and bullpen management haven't been much better, if at all, than Ron Washington. He is not the guy to take this team back to being a playoff contender. I'm not saying Bogar would be doing a much better job. That is pure supposition. And clearly this team doesn't have the necessary talent to be a contender right now regardless of the manager. I'm just disappointed in Banister to this point because of his decision making. That is all.

He was just trying to attack me. The heat, the no-hitter the game before, and the " new team" thing were all bullshit reasons that nobody actually thinks about or considers. If banister was thinking about such things..... We are a lot worse off in the managing department than I initially thought.

In this particular situation, I think the last thing Banister wanted to have happen was for Perez to give up the tying/winning runs in the 9th. See that a lot actually.

The problem we've got with our BP is actually two-fold at this point. (1) Maybe they aren't all that good to begin with, and (2) Even if they were that good, they're pitching 2-4 innings every day/night.

That's tough on the best-of-the-best BP.
