In Beltre we trust.
You're right.Because that was not even close to the first time that has happened and Scheppers has been involved in a few of them.

He was bunt crazy. He also like bunting with two strikes
I don't care what he wanted JD should have never changed him to be a starter. He has not been the same since. He had a history of arm problems and that is why they decided to make him a relief pitcher to begin with.
Scheppers is just not that good of a pitcher any longer. You mentioned that I shouldn't give him a pass. I don't think it is a matter of giving him a pass though. He just isn't any good and it really seemed to coincide with him becoming a starter. I believe the "electric movement" left when he was turned into a starter. Of course I understand there being a disagreement since it is really hard to prove either way.I stated earlier post re conversion of starters. IMO Schepp has to take responsibility himself and I thought things started to go south after bar incident. He needs to find that electric movement back and learn how to perform in high leverage situations

What about Ross and Feliz. Very similar circumstancesScheppers is just not that good of a pitcher any longer. You mentioned that I shouldn't give him a pass. That's funny. I had actually typed another sentence in my post above including Ross and Feliz and Ogando and then I deleted it. I think Feliz and Ogando were both hampered by the moving back in forth between roles. I am not sure about Ross as much. What about Ross and Feliz. Very similar circumstances
No DDJ today. That = tough time scoring runs.
Guess I was right in my pre game guess. I'm glad Perez decided to bring his good stuff with him today.
He and Odor just make shit happen.
