I'm watching David Murphy in an Angels uniform and just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

I don't know anything about his defense, as there is more to it than just throwing out runners, pitch framing, calling a game, but the bat is there for a catcher at least

But I'm assuming he's been at AAA the last 2 years for a reason

He played 1B when I watched him both games at RR last year, so I didnt see him catch. Not that the SSS in 2 games would have told me much anyway. 27 years old and still there, probably doesnt bode well though

Hate to see him in an Angels uni, but Texas had to move on from Murph when they did. Glad it was to the Indians originally and not within the division at the time

They just got Shoemaker back and he's made 2 good starts. Not sure if they get Weaver back and when? They certainly have less depth
