It all comes down to how well we perform. Look at what a crapfest that game was last night.
Why do you keep saying the Giants aren’t as good as they used to be? They are doing pretty good.

That giants team probably isn’t a threat to win the World Series. They’re not to be feared like the giants of the early 2010 decade.

I think focusing on it and repeatedly mentioning it should fix the issue. If we can include a narrative about the front office and/or coaching staff holding personal grudges against players, even better. anything to ignore the fact that the Rangers are in first place.

this is officially a postseason race now. every game is "must-win."

That was my thought process as well. I figured we are looking at who we are playing and how well they are playing now and not how well they did in 2010.

I agree which is why I don't look at a schedule and say this how many games we will win in each of these series. If we play like garbage then we have a good chance of losing.

Eovaldi getting another TJ surgery likely ends his baseball career. No mlb player has ever had 3...much less come back from it.

This has to be a last resort option at this point. He will either return by Sept or get another TJ surgery. That would sideline him all of next year and probably be the end for him.

Hoping for the best. But forearm tightness or inflammation is almost always indicative of elbow issues. We sure could use a healthy Eovaldi.

2 we are far from must win games but we do need to win series and hopefully get a few sweeps
3 Eovaldi past scams have reportedly no structural damage. He is not pitching so yes a concert. Past history a concern
