How about 98 wRC+ that should tell you how bad they are. That is good for 12th in the league. Haven't been that erratic since 2010.

We are 5 up on Baltimore and 6 on NY in the loss column. We just need to get the ship righted. So there is time. It would be nice to be playing our best baseball in the last couple of weeks of the year.

I'm trying not to say season over... I think if we win 1 out of the next 2 it's possible to right the ship and compete for the division and a wild card. If we get swept, this weak minded team will likely go by the wayside and the last home stand will be meaningless games.

This says that with scoring position w/ 2 outs we're 2nd best to the Tigers and with bases loaded, we lead the AL. With less than 2 outs is when we suck....actually I find it hard to believe that we are doing that well with 2outs or bases loaded....

Toughest loss as a fan for me. And you think if we win in 9 innings. Napoli does not get hurt and may still be tearing it up for the Rangers. Hamilton does not become a mental case the following year, maybe. The entire makeup of the team is different as well as their psyche.

Right. I saw that. I just looked at Scoring Position tab and it matched up with what they stated in the first or second game against the Twins. We were right behind Minn, Seattle, Houston and Toronto.

If you change the filter to MLB, there's about 10 teams worse than we are overall, and we are second in MLB with BA with the bases loaded....well that's it then, we are headed to the WS!!!!!
