Since 99% of Mariners fans are pissed off, this whole ownership dynamic has been brought to light and really weird. Evidently while a lot people are crapping on Stanton he doesn’t actually get to write checks. If reports are true then the whole ownership dynamic is really dumb and the completely the wrong way for a sports franchise to be run.

Every time this team creates a window to potentially get to a World Series they phuCC it up and we take 3 steps back … In 95 we were SO close, then we trade Tino, Jeff Nelson, Sojo… 2001 we just needed another bat, just one, M’s go cheap and don’t do it .. Just 2 seasons ago we end the playoff drought, play a grind out series vs the eventual champ Astros, just need to have a halfway decent offseason and we most likely get over the top, M’s go cheap, team takes a step back.. Now this offseason so far… MAYBE they go after one of the big guns, but I’m extremely skeptical.. If they don’t, it’s gonna be real hard to give a PhuCC anymore about an ownership that doesn’t care about winning … At some point more people need to stop tuning in. …

I want Mark Cuban to buy this team.
