I wouldn't be upset if he is given a 3rd year. I am more focused on what they do to address the lack of depth on the lines than I am with if Caldwell comes back. GM hire will be important... and I don't think its out of the realm of possibility that a new Gm would give Caldwell one more season after winning 6 games in the last 8.
