I would have bet on the Injuns with DK, Ramon, Dirks, Iggy and Avila all in the lineup. But I held off from putting any Vsmack down. I thought JV might hold em down enough. Which he did, but, well, we didn't score. Hahahaha. That's okay, keeps Cleveland alive. And we're on to Beantown.

If this were strictly a baseball decision, points 1&2 are meaningless. You go with who gives you the best chance to win and Peralta has the respect of the team to the point where the he would be accepted back.

Being off 50 games is a baseball issue. Perralta's timing and conditioning will be off. He would need a week or two just to get his swing and timing back. Something I doubt the Tigers will time for. As for clubhouse and chemistry I get that but for every guy on the playoff roster someone gets left off.

That may not play as well with the team. JP screwed them by taking the juice. So their could be some hurt feelings.
