Euthanasia cleared waivers....

Two goals since the start of last season, $4.25 million this season and a UFA, 5 GP and under 9:45 ATOI, don't think anyone was going to take him.

He wasn't bad as a King, he had his moments and exciting plays. But it's hard to believe this dude scored 20 just two years ago and hit 30 in 2018. Probably done as an NHL player.

Vilardi putting up numbers and a highlight reel goal. At least we netted out Kuemper all said and done.

He still had less points than dismal dubious last season.

When Gabe gets close playing a whole season 1 time at any level of his career, i will finally maybe think we lost someone. Dude has skill, for like 30 games a season

$6.25 million or whatever, yeah baby.

Sick of the excuses, start producing. Last season looking like a blip not a breakout.

Mine was neither as you know, but taking Stuetzle would have been the wiser choice.

Just scanned Teh Blog this morning and yup, there it is again - the comparison to Tage Thompson. Not even close regardless of similar stature and draft pedigree, I just don't think Buster is as good as was advertised. Kingsters just need to accept that instead of some delusional reality.

Dude is on pace for an average 40 points a season, if Doughty takes heat for $11 million this guy certainly should be joining that conversation based on dollars to production ratio.

Blake looks like an idiot for that contract and one I was 100% against, two year bridge at $3.5 million AAV was the smarter play based on his pattern last season (points in bunches, very inconsistent).

Buster and the legend are the reason for the PLG disaster.....well and Flakey mostly. If either of those players looked even a little reliable to be even become a 2C some day, Kings' history would be a lot different.

I believe Stutzle would have given the Kings an actual PP and someone that would put up points consistently no matter who his linemates are. Him on a line with Kopi and Cantplay would have been very exciting and dynamic as soon as he was drafted.

It's frustrating because he seems to have the skillset. He can fly, has great hands and vision, just can't seem to put it all together.

He plays a lot smaller than he actually is, he should be completely obnoxious around the net. Instead he tries to beat 5 guys by himself, that worked in the OHL but won't at this level.

I'm very concerned the Kings blew this pick, a lot of suffering went inro getting a 2OA. Have to make it count. He can still turn it around but so far 4 years into his career it's looking less and less likely.

And now because of his contract he would be hard to trade, Blake completely messed this situation up. But should we be surprised?

Arvidsson to IR....another shocking turn of events.

Injury bug hitting the Oilers hard - Kane is on LTIR with that abdomen surgery right before the season started, Hyman out 4-7 days after a collision with a Senator on Tuesday, Nurse still out after Reaves sideswiped him and now Arvdisson who already missed the last 4 games. McJesus missed some games too not long ago as well.

Apart from Arvidsson - who I liked as a King but knew it was time to move on - couldn't happen to a better bunch of cheap shot artists. Just need Draisaitl to injury his vagine and all is good.

Biz Nasty throwing blows with 6 dudes at Houstons in Scottsdale, good for him for sticking up for the restaurant manager.

What a bunch of dummies.

Saw this and heard him give his side of the story. I am a bit surprised other men didnt stick up for him and the employees.

With lawsuits and whatnot these days, people don't want to get involved. I'm still old school, sue me - I don't have much to give you anyway - but I've always stood up for people because if you see the whole situation it's the right thing to do. I bet you there's some video circulating of this incident though because no one wanted to help out.

Did you see these schleps? Bunch of buffoons. I hope they get hammered by the full extent of the law.

Pretty crazy stat difference between a ready now guy and a we will develope a guy that will be our savior someday. I know someone will point out the +/- but i would remind you Kopistar was a - player his first 3 seasons and another 4 or 5 seasons in his career. Imagine having him on the PP, hell he has almost as many SH as 2chains has PP. Pretty sure I was right on who LA should have taken.

I would also add, if Stutzle was taken he would have made LA better and more successful in the PO giving them that dynamic scorer right away that they lacked. Also the Legend would have been moved for something else or maybe not at all and PLG would never have been a thing.

He certainly is a dynamic player, he has almost as many goals (9) as Buster has points (10) this season alone. I havent looked but Id be curious where after 200 games what Stuetzle had as points vs Buster, I'd bet it's certainly more than a whopping 98 points.

People will point to the plus minus but like I also say that's a team stat for the most part. Not Stuetzle's fault he plays on a shitty defensive team with crappy goaltending.

I didnt want either of them in 2020 but all things considered 4.5 years later it's clear LA should have taken Stuetzle. Buster has just not progressed nor performed as expected. Don't want to hear the "he's developed his defensive game" stuff, he wasn't drafted to be Dunno 2.0 - he was drafted to take Kopitar's spot as 1C.

Even playing a 200 foot game Kopitar has produced, I believe his career is .899 PPG. Buster will be either a B6 or M6 player when all is said and done at best.

Thats kinda funny, you dont have to look far. In Stutzle's 2nd full season where he eclipsed that 200 game mark he had 39g 51a for 90 points....in 1 season(close to 180 total career points at 200 games), sure 2 chains has him beat if he puts his entire pro career against that season, but only by 8 points lol.

I will be the first to argue points arent the end all in showing a player, but some guys just "have it" and its not something that can be taught, just like knowing how to win, some people just refuse to lose even tho they arent the best.

If you havent seen it yet, check out Biz chirps Marchant after their game and his Marcahnts reply is hillarious.
