If Vance is fired, do we promote Mike Sullivan to interim HC to allow Musgrave to continue as OC, or, do we promote Musgrave to HC and Sullivan to OC ?

Sullivan interview with the Bears in 2012 for the head coach position after Lovie Smith was let go .. Sullivan has never been a HC at any level, but we did promote Eric Studesville after McDaniels was fired ..

If we beat the Texans next week keep Vance, if we lose fire him going into the bye.

The biggest problem with firing Vance mid season is it do we honestly expect the team to get better without him? Because if not we might as well just wait till the end of the season.

But I’m all for firing Joe Woods right away and see if that helps and if it does give Vance a little more slack .

You do get there is a good reason to lose the rest of the season if we lose next week just saying ... Even if there is no QB worth having in the draft.

I do like Boise St QB in the 2nd round . He is smart and has a decent arm. Also comes from good Genes

We should fire this week no reason IMO not to. If we get on a winning streak with a new coach I am cool with winning out with someone else this team staff is trying to make Keenum into what he is not.

This team is good enough personnel-wise .
