Yes, the case is closed and Brady was convicted. What you are trying to say is the equivalent of saying Aaron Hernandez hasn't been convicted because he's appealing the ruling.

Do you understand the difference between a "court" and "rules" of an organization?

The NFL is an organization and that organization has rules. Those rules suggest that Tom Brady cheated then more importantly "obstructed" the investigation by "not" cooperating. Obstruction in this case is obviously easy to prove. This is why TB will be suspended as it is a violation to the rules and non-negotiable.

I actually like the Ravens v NE rivalry it has become a little playoff rivalry and it works by both teams play ell in the playoffs.
Most not like beating up on Peyton we actually win.
