Josh really isn't that complicated. Keep him happy and he's a monster. I don't know if we'll ever really know the lengths Texas went to in order to keep him happy and make him feel loved.

More than he deserved I think.

Grichuk was picked right before Trout in the 09 draft. His numbers were better when Trout was called up.

Angels keep trying to do things the Old Rangers way. Build your team on offense and hope you outscore everybody. It is going to be something to watch as they pay $20 something mill a year for Pujols while he is at home watching games on TV.

LOL, and I bet somehow they try to get creative and end up displacing the Mets + Bobby Bonilla contract as the worst ever.

MLBTR has interesting take on Angels-Cards trade. Like most of us thought Cards come out on top. The Angels were hoping to get Shelby Miller by dangling Aybar. Cards did not bite. Thank goodness.

They are really hurting for a pitcher. Losing Vargas. Hopefully they will end up overspending for Garza, Nolasco. No way CJ has a year like last year. A lot of their season he was their 'ace'.

Garza could actually improve their staff and that park would help his numbers a bit with him being a fly ball pitcher.

So what do you guys think the odds are that we re-sign Cruz? Despite the PEDs thing he still seems to be getting some attention from several teams. I sure would like him to see him come back. I'm gonna miss Murph too but it was time. I honestly hope he he turns it around and rakes for the Indians though.

I don't know about that. We still owe A-Roid about $50 mil and he hasn't suited up for us in about a decade.
