Reggie is the worst.

All he does is dribble......dribble.......dribble.......dribble.......and kill any offense. He CONSISTENTLY dribbles out the shot clock

He is a show off, will get you a flashy play but not a guy you want to count on

That wasn't a foul

not on the shot i thought it was foolish defense to press at half court. thought there was contact there a few times. its called all the time.

I should have posted here in the 3rd when I told my family the BEST thing about this being close is that Reggie Jackson will over dribble and cost them the game.......I WISH that was a prop bet, I'd have bet the farm on it

Between him and westbrook it was probably comical watching those games when they were on the same team

There was a thread during the season talking about how the cavs were better without kyrie

It was prob after a games ( pick any) that James didn't play, and he lead them to a lifeless loss.

Currently in the NBA, yeah....
Curry is better than him in just about every way but if you had to make a comparison is definitely would be Kyrie. Even their ball handling skills are comparable.

It is one series and the Pistons were not equipped to match up.

Kyrie is phenomenally skilled, as talented as any player in the league, but his game lacks substance. I go back to the 3 hardenesque traits that make him difficult to play with:

Lack of defense
Holds the ball
Poor shot selection

Admittedly, the shot selection and defense were better in this series than I have seen in the past. If Cleveland commits to moving the ball and playing defense, hey might have a fighting chance in the Finals (especially if Curry is out). Still though, I think people are overreacting to success against a mediocre team.

I started that thread. Did not say they were better without him, I said they were only marginally better with him and that they would be best served by trading him and getting a comparable player who fit better. Up until now, that has been true. Maybe he is growing up?

Either way, the LeBron window will not stay open forever. The first round series was probably the best the big 3 has ever played together. If they keep it up, they just might silence a lot of critics. We won't know if they have actually grown until they face some adversity though. Detroit was not equipped to offer any real resistance.

Congrats Cavs on getting to the second round. I was hoping the Pistons could at least grab a game, but their lack of playoff experience showed through. I am just happy they were competitive in every game and did not embarrass themselves.

Kyrie Irving is playing brilliantly. This is what LeBron envisioned when he came here- being able to have his teammates carry portions of the load instead of being run into the ground Spoelstra-style.

I think some people miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight be getting a bit nervous about those Cleveland Cavaliers title chances around here..mwahahahahahahahha.

you guys played hard right till the very end and showed that you have a bright future with all those young players. This was a good step in the process. Now these guys know what they need to do to improve going forward.
