Doesn't change the fact Brady is lying....that's what's ultimately going to get him unless he changes his tune soon.

And he lied about what? Which page is it on in the report so I can reread that portion? Thanks in advance.

He has small hands for a QB so if his hands are cold dropping the pressure would obviously help him. If not why would he have said that he prefers a softer ball? You don't even know your own QB's preferences? I'm sure that he probably would prefer it all the time because that's what he was used to but it wouldn't be as much of a factor in the warm weather games...laugh all you want as you won't be laughing later.

Wholly crap are you an idiot.

Pioli described a "bad decision" he contributed to during his time in New England by selecting former Texas Tech quarterback Kliff Kingsbury back in 2003. Kingsbury had tremendous college production, but he also had the smallest hands among quarterbacks at the combine.

"We asked him to come to New England in inclement weather and try to throw the football and control the football; where you have someone like Tom Brady, who has an enormous hand," he recalled.
So we're all imagining that Tom likes his footballs with less air in them....ok I'm so sorry I'll call off deflategate for you then.

oh, not trying to say he didn't because it certainly appears like he did but the league is in no way "clean" here either. Doesn't change the fact Brady appears to have lied though.

If you are an investigator I suggest that you change professions.....if you were a squirrel you wouldn't find a nut..never mind a deflated football. I remember why I don't enjoy chatting with you as you don't seem to have 1 ounce of common sense when it comes to the pats.

Yes that's my point...maybe try to fill in some of your comrades as they seem to be deep in space.

I can't answer for others (though some on here) aren't denying that he did.... just trying to make their "points" too

Who's the idiot my QB didn't ask for the footballs to be deflated because he couldn't grip them properly and is now potentially going to get suspended for multiple games....even though he has huuuuuge hands as you say. You may want to ask brady.....why????

Naw I get you...I don't expect anyone to fall down for their team but sometimes it gets ridiculous. I could say tom brady pees...and some pats fans would say no he doesn't how could you say such a thing. All with a straight face...

You're deflecting. You stated he has small hands, when in fact he has gigantic hands. For that you're an idiot and now you're trying to deflect away from being called on it.:pound:

I just want the smoking gun. I want an ex-teammate who knows something about this to speak out. I don't like the grey area here where we can all have to fill in the blanks. I don't see how this even helps the QB. He carved up that Seattle D just fine without any help from a "lighter" ball.

To be honest he probably only requested this from his ball boys during cold or wet games...fair weather such as the super bowl probably didn't matter to him. Hence the good results in those warm weather games without the pressure being dropped...makes perfect sense if you think about it.
Sort of. Doesn't it make sense to assume that ALL QB's perform better in warm weather games rather than in cold or wet games?

I was honestly waiting for him to say "But but but what about Aaron Hernandez!" :L

Embarrassingly bad is what that was. That was about as sharp as a 20 yard Brady pass.
More like Aaron Rodgers

He needed Giselle there to swear at the reporters and threaten to stick her spike heels into their brains.

Playing well without doctoring the balls isn't proof he never did it. It just isn't. Bringing up the SB just makes you look like you are deflecting again as this case has nothing to do with it. And FTR, he didn't carve anything up until after we lost a starting CB and a DE and even then still needed a miracle last second play on defense to win. That's not carving things up.

But to stay on the topic at hand, the focus of the investigation was specifically the AFCCG which means the texts they found from earlier than that game week were outside the scope. It is my understanding that there was evidence that this has been going on for some time, however that just adds to the likelihood without being a smoking gun. I'm sure we will find out more when Goodell finally speaks on the matter.

There is no way this is less than a 4g suspension. Fans just better be ready for this.

Ray Rice initially got 2(before the video emerged). Josh Gordon got 2 games for failing a drug test. You think this is worse than punching women and failing drug tests?

LOL...I love the guy that keeps referring to Brady's "small hands" when he has no clue at all.

What I really think happened is Brady never really asked to have the balls be deflated beyond the limits directly. He just implied it to the equipment guys. Basically, they would give him a regulation ball and he would say it wasn't good enough, they need to do better. Probably something to that effect. The equipment guy was probably like this ball is at the minimum of regulation and Brady would probably just repeat himself... got to do better than this. Of course this is all speculation and even if it was the case the knowledge was there. He will miss some games.

The only real thing I am concerned about is how this effects his and other Pats players fantasy value. Does this makes Gronks draft spot slide, can I pick him up later now?
