lol. Any news if rangers are in on anyone like cliff lee and make a run next
Year?
He costs too much and his best years are behind him. Plus he is another DL waiting to happen.

BTW, the news about Baltimore and Lester being close are not true. Heard it from my friend AND Ken Rosenthal. Ken seems to be somewhat accurate and reliable a lot. My friend still thinks its Dodgers and the Pirates. The reason Baltimore or Seattle dont seem like good fits is that they are clenching onto their "big 4" prospects for life. I feel it would take one of them to get Lester, for sure.
Ain't that the truth? Don't think he would help us like he once could have and I don't believe his family or he was happy living here.He costs too much and his best years are behind him. Plus he is another DL waiting to happen.
No Oakland? Just using them to up the pirates and dodgers bids?

Phils are said to be willing to eat some of the cost on Cliff and said a deal is more likely in August
I'm all for it. Yu, cliff, holland next year..
3.06 FIP. He still has years left. Can take over for martin Perez until then
Ill certainly take him on a discount depending on their ask in prospects

Chris Cotillio: Source: 50/50 chance #Rangers deal Neal Cotts by the deadline. Multiple reports say #Orioles involved.
Wow 50/50? What a report! Lol my sources confirm it's 50/50 also![]()
Thats the problem. You know they will ask as if he is still at the height of his career and at $25 mill next year and $27.5 mill in 2016 it is going to take a nice chunk paid by Philly to make it worth it.
Baltimore is considering Neal Cotts of the Rangers, among other lefties that can work against hitters of both sides, Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun reports. This meshes with an earlier report via ESPN.com’s Jayson Stark
I like Cotts, but he can be replaced. Maybe by Claudio.
