Call me jaded but I'd take anything Dilfer says about Tua with a grain of salt. Actually I'd take anything Diler has to say about anything with a grain of salt. For a former player Dilfer seems as smart as a box of rocks on football.
I feel the same, because I doubt any team wants to ante up the kind of assets needed for the Texans to eat all that money and trade their MVP and actually don't see Watson sitting for long either. Their was a reason Watson just last season signed that contract, it's because money matters.
He makes $10.5 in salary this year, plus another $5.4 in bonus. I honestly have no idea he would lose by not playing but it is at least $1 million a game. He isn't sitting out.
