Call me crazy but doesn't Brady currently work for the Patriots? Seems like the Pats would have a very strong case against the Raiders for tampering if Brady did indeed purchase a house and then ended up signing there.

Or am I wrong about that?

Players can do pretty much what they want. He's under contract until March 18th but he fulfilled his contract obligations as far as the league is concerned. No teams can approach him about playing, but if he just so happens to run into the owner of the raiders at a UFC fight and they just happen to spend the evening together, so be it. If the owner of the raiders tells him that now is a good time to invest in high-value property in Las Vegas. no harm, no foul. If the Raider's owner says that he can hook up Tom's wife with a few Casino people about setting up some shops and Tom might consider opening a TB12 in the new Stadium, that could be a hell of a deal.

Playing for the Raiders is never discussed between them, but I'm sure that there were non-NFL associated people sitting in the area or across the dinner table who might have mentioned that Mr. Davis could use a big name quarterback to fill those 100,000 seats and that Tom has one of the biggest names that might be available in March. wink, wink.

Brady will sign with the Raiders. Patriots and Raiders meet up in the AFCCG. Brady drives the Raiders down the field for the go ahead TD in the waning minutes of the game but Donte Hightower forces a fumble with Brady's arm going forward. Play is ruled a fumble and is upheld because the tuck rule no longer exists. Pats win again.
If his arm is moving forward then a tuck situation would not exist. You better have DT blocking a field goal too!

Tampering doesn't extend to real estate agents. Was he also seen with Aaron and Mahomey's insurance agent?

Seems odd he sold his house in MA, purchased a house on CT and now a house in NV? I think i'll pump the brakes on this for now.

Sold his mansion outside LA. House in Brookline, MA hasn't sold but the price was reduced from $39.5M to $33.5M. Supposedly Giselle has turned down offers of $29.5M and $30M. They bought a bigger house with more land in Greenwich, CT but have not completely moved into it, but have their kids in school and do reside in the new house. No one is sure how much they paid for the LasVegas house. As I said before, the rumors are flying that it was between $5M and $9M. I've seen a couple of $3M houses out there and they are palatial and run about 6000 sf. As one talking head back here said last night, the Brady's have a ton of money and his wife makes more than $2.5M a day. She's constantly looking to invest in her own 'brand' and expand her empire. LV is one place that she hasn't set up any kind of shop at all and there's a boatload of money looking for a place to land. I'm sure that she'd like a bit of it to land in her purse.

People back here are hoping and praying that he finishes in New England. If the Patriots want to pick up a couple of free agents to patch holes, then the patriots cannot resign Brady. According to the experts, if they paid him more than $16.5M then they could on sign two mid-level FAs. No way that they could go after any of the top TE or WR with the money remaining.

Last week it was 50/50 that he might stay, yesterday the odds moved to 75/25 that he's done in NE.

Yeah they have the liquid assets no doubt, but I am unsure any of this equates to TB being a Raider

Sorry but I gotta call shenanigans on that 2.5m per day number. That would put her solidly into multi-billionaire status. She’s rich AF (reported net worth $360m), but not that rich.

A lot of people think that he'll be a Charger because the Chargers have to fill seats in LA and they think Tom can fill them. People think that the Colts will go hard for Brady. The biggest reason why he might go to the Raiders is that he's already spent a night with the Raiders' owner and then he and his wife fly back to Las Vegas and he buys a house. The financial opportunities in Las Vegas are huge and it's anyone's guess as to who is actually calling the shots. Giselle let Tom sign the last contract with Patriots after telling him to quit. She may be letting him sign a final one, but she's controlling where and how much.

It ain't going to be for $16M-$25M. She's going to tell him that he can't sign for less than $30M a year and the Raiders are probably willing to do it. Maybe 3 years/ $100M with $80M guaranteed. I don'tknow and no one else other than Brady and Giselle know what's going on. They ain't telling us nothin'.

The fight lasted 40 seconds.

They were supposdly seen at a restaurant after they left the fight. I don't think that they slept together.

Supposedly? See this is where I start having issues.

In the end I don't care. If he wants to play for the Raiders, well Good Luck

And has a place in Montana.
And has a place in NYC.
And has a place in Brazil.

And where the fuck else?

The Brady's built a $20 million castle in LA a number of years ago and never lived in it.
Sold it for $40 mil instead.

But wouldn't this be tampering at such a level that the Raiders would deserve a first rounder stripped?

Got proof what they talked about? No? Well good luck proving tampering then. And even if you could prove it keep dreaming about a first rounder being taken away.

Woody Johnson tampered with Revis out loud to the media months before FA started (and possibly long before that if you put any stock in Mehta’s story) and only got a 100k fine for fuck’s sake.

Well rumor right now is that the Dolphins are the top choice of where Brady would like to go. His wife is the one pushing that narrative as she would rather live in Miami than Vegas. Also Brady views the Dolphins as a team that he could get some ownership in the franchise once he retires.

all these as of now rumors, think about it he could be trying to b playing look im searching. if he joined then it would be a sham, they aren't close to doing anything either are the chargers plus chargers have the 6 pick getting most likely Oregon kid why waste 30 mill to bring brady in when you get a rookie hope he is you future and you have space to sign you FA and can build, other way its stupid. he goes to any team in west why KC is ruling that DIV for the next 5 years at least..

He stays in NE because what is BB going to do to no Qbs out in fa and the ones will want a nice deal so weigh the options on TB VS Than FA get a few TE in F A looking at there contracts yes they will get more they are low now but some have injuries so they won't be braking the bank so there are some there, go to spotrac they have it all coming out now.

I could see that if he is trying to get a piece of team ownership; other than that wouldn't be able to to much work cupboards bare yes they have picks coming up that's a plus. but again they should be taking a QB. also doesn't this tean have a bunch of clebrity minor shareholders or is that another team

Well they make sense for a lot of reasons on both sides...1) Yeah if he wants to get into ownership they are a team with a lot of celebrities having shares. Gloria Estefan, Emilio Estefan, Marc Anthony, Venus Williams, Serena Williams, and Fergie to name a few. So I'm sure they would be more than willing to let him play a part in ownership of the team.

2) Dolphins have the cap space to not only add him at a top dollar contract but add quite a few other pieces through FA on top of then having quite a bit of draft capital.

3) Talking to people around the league the Dolphins really really want Tua. With his medicals it might be in the best interest of the franchise to give him a year before asking him to start so having Brady come in and work with the kid would be huge.

4) He obviously has ties to the head coach of the Dolphins. So would be somewhat of a seamless transition.

5) His wife wants him in Miami from what I understand as it is a pretty big hub for the fashion industry.

6) As for the Dolphins what better way to ignite the fan base than to bring in the most hated rival in the history of the franchise. Fans would be excited and would definitely be selling out every home game as fans want to watch Brady bring them back to relevance.

looking at it mow they have a lot of room and picks could make sense, i couldn't see it anywhere else really maybe Tennesse but that was still iffy but this one and thet did finish the year strong 5-4 i believe so the guys left were buying in and TB could continue that. just want him to see if it isn't NE then somewhere where he has a chance to succeed and not go out on a loosing note with some of the other teams listed.

Good Stuff CDumler7 Thanks for the eye opener
