It'd have to make the top 10. No doubt it'll be dissected and ranked accordingly. It's easily one of the worst ever.

40 seconds left, two timeouts and your on the 3 yard line with a game winner in sight...you have the "beast mode" who has been lights out for two years running. Pats are sucking air and fingers are being pointed at each other...

The 1st down play call...PASS! TURNOVER!

Pats were letting clock run to conserve timeouts. Would have let them score if they ran. Worst play call in history of the spott

Tom Curran isn't always right -- but he knows BB's thinking better than just about any other reporter.

Horrible call.

everything goes through the head coach and if it doesn't that's the head coaches fault

Thought that they'd outsmart the Pats. Everyone thought Lynch would get the ball and Carroll outsmarted himself.

Well, he's gotta be wrong on that. The Pats had a 4 point lead, if it would've been a 2 point game I would've agreed with him. Letting the Seahawks score down by 4 would've been the dumbest call in the history of sports.

This is just one of those calls where if it work everyone says "holy crap I didn't see that one coming, what a great call" but if it doesn't work "holy crap what an idiot for making that call". It wasn't a bad call, but since it didn't work out the way they wanted it to, it was a bad call. If that makes sense.

The call was definitely the worst I have ever seen. At the same time, wilson should have never thrown that ball. Just horrible all around.

Totally agree.

I bet that that Monday morning QB on Twitter could have told us the score of the game too, if we waited until tomorrow to ask him.

What's crazy is he said in his interview "I put the blame on myself but, I don't know what I could've done differently"

I was shocked when they didn't use beast mode again. He's beast mode for a reason.
