So everybody gets to see first hand what Seahawks fans have been saying since he's been here, which is that Bevell's a fucking idiot that holds back the team. And it took this for him to finally get canned.
Crazy play calling is also what got Seattle the championship last year. Or at least it beat the Niners in the NFC Championship game. And there was some crazy play calling against the Packers in the comeback, too.So everybody gets to see first hand what Seahawks fans have been saying since he's been here, which is that Bevell's a fucking idiot that holds back the team. For weeks, we have heard how rare RW throws INT. Why should the coaches think the will throw an INT? Obviously, they should have ran Lynch. But is putting faith in Wilson such a horrible call, not knowing he was going to throw INT?
Um, he threw 4 against Green BayFor weeks, we have heard how rare RW throws INT. Why should the coaches think the will throw an INT?

It has nothing to do with whether you trust Wilson not to throw an INT or not. You just shouldn't attempt a throw in that situation. Even if you have a prime Joe Montana as your QB, you should hand the ball to Lynch. 2nd down at goal line, plenty of time, a time out, you have to go with the lowest risk play.
Emmit Smith called it the worst play call in Super Bowl history...
I agree but thats not how Seattle plays. It has nothing to do with whether you trust Wilson not to throw an INT or not. You just shouldn't attempt a throw in that situation. Lynch going to Oakland after that treatment.
