This proof you don't need to be a fighter to stand up for yourself and your teammates.
Ok , but you're going into last nights game with out any real animosity except it's a divisional rival, there's no way you foresee a questionable hit, it happened and I saw a couple of our guys step up and dude didn't want to engage. So next game I would imagine we dress Delaurias and dude does or doesn't answer the bell, but for me personally, if I'm trying to win games and compete offensively, I'm not giving him a spot that game. I'm not trying to really argue the point, I just don't see a need for his play unless we know it's gonna be a physical/chippy game or we're seeking retribution for an unjust as last nights hit. We'll see next game cause I think we play them like 3 times in the next few weeks.
If you want to win games why would you want you want one of your better player going off for 5 minutes with their fourth liner. If you have a guy like Deslauriers in the line up you dont have to stand up for other players because no cheap shots get taken in the first place. This proof you don't need to be a fighter to stand up for yourself and your teammates.
Legion of Doom !Count me in!!
Knee to the balls would equalize this one. This proof you don't need to be a fighter to stand up for yourself and your teammates.
While I don't disagree, in hockey that could get you a quick trip to ICU.Knee to the balls would equalize this one.
Well there is that. While I don't disagree, in hockey that could get you a quick trip to ICU.
Just need to keep the momentum train moving forward. These guys know what they have to do, obviously they've called out their own play a few games ago and seem to be way more focused. It would be really nice to get 6 points this week. Lets go!!
I agree 100% just need to keep the train rolling!!Just need to keep the momentum train moving forward. These guys know what they have to do, obviously they've called out their own play a few games ago and seem to be way more focused.
That's 3 defenseman , that's a lot of very young defensemen to bring up at the same time. I wouldn't mind if we got rid of Drysdale to make room for one of them Risto will be traded and that will make room for another. So when Barkey, Bonk, Luchenko, Andre and possibly Grans are ready to come up to the big squad, who do we end up losing? Do we trade Risto and Laughton this season while their value is super high right now? I don't know how this season will unfold, but my main objective for this teams season from here is to learn how to win. Playoffs or not, I believe that they need to establish a winning mentality and move it forward, keep adding the younger pieces that fit and get stronger all the way around. Also do we still think Torts can lead them to the promised land? I just don't want to see our super offensive players get mired in a slow defensive game, it doesn't suit them.
Safe to say, I had no idea who this is!Abols, with four languages in his arsenal, glad he gave NHL another shot
Rodrigo Abols, the newest Flyer, is a 29-year-old who knows four languages and is glad he didn’t give up on his NHL dream.www.nbcsportsphiladelphia.com
Unless Anthony Richard is hurt it makes zero sense why we aren't bringing him back as he played great for us earlier in the season.Safe to say, I had no idea who this is!
