All it takes is one solid scorer to open up potential for those around him. I expect to see some.players thrive beyond what they've been able to produce.

Well even though he stunk that trade worked out decently for us :

• Players
  The Flyers received Petersen, defenseman Sean Walker, Swedish prospect Helge Grans, and a 2024 second-round draft pick.
• Kings players
  The Kings received Kevin Connauton, defenseman, and Hayden Hodgson, forward. The Kings also sent a 2024 second-round draft pick and prospect defenseman Helge Grans to the Flyers.
• Other teams
  The Flyers also received the No. 22 overall pick in the NHL draft and a conditional 2024 second-round selection from Columbus. The Flyers sent Ivan Provorov to the Blue Jackets.

I watched and it was great to see the young players out there.

Fedotov is good and with Ersson i feel we are solid in net.

Andrae needs to make the big club IMO he is better than Zamula.

Problem with that is Zamula is Michovs best friend so he has to be on the team.

I also like McDonald but he is at least a year or two away.

Bonk will make the team next year as well as Andrae so we will need to make some maneuvers.

I dont know where we got Ricahrd from but he should be on the team as an extra forward.

Good to see some bright spots, I think we are on pace to get better for the next few years, keep making positive decisions and we will thrive. We're going to lose some good ones along the way but it's nice to have those options as opposed to how it was just a couple of years ago. We just need to quit handing out no move contracts and move the ones we have.

It's a nice story, but I do wonder how much of this is related to fans not liking the pick and the Flyers trying to show us that he belongs.
