The team with the negative sign is the favored team. For Game 3 the Spurs are favored by -2.5.

So if you bet on the Spurs they have to win by 2 1/2 points for you to win. If you bet on Miami, you get the +2.5 points so you can win if Miami loses a close game with the points.
