Spurs started throwing bricks instead of playing basketball is the best way I know to describe it.

Robert Horry was not inconsistent as hell!! But he was an assassin!!

Mario Chalmers is not Robert Horry!!

2nd that.. Chalmers isn't even close to Horry.

Chalmers is more akin to Craig Hodges and thrives off the superstars around him ... without those superstars like Wade and Bebron, Chalmers would be an avg. Joe.

He is almost as lucky as Spoelstra...

LMAO ... okay Horry was consistent.. 7 points and 5 boards career and shot under 43%... consistently.

what a joke.

Mario may not have hit as many big shot as Horry (which non superstar has?)... But Mario is an assassin.

Just a glance at the stats, looks like Lebron actually had an inefficient game by Lebron standards, but everyone else stepped it up.

I repeat.....Mario Chalmers is NOT an assassin!! Hell, Derek Fisher is closer to an assassin than Chalmers and I don't consider him an assassin either!!

As SEC Official pointed out......Chalmers is Craig Hodges at best!!

I go back to my original assertion... Horry had to create for himself most of the time.

Chalmers sits outside and waits for Lebron or Wade to draw his defender off to help and then burries a wide open 3... how is that an assassin?

I'd never consider Fisher more of an assassin than Chalmers.

I think Fisher is a better player... but Fisher benefited from Kobe all those years... same thing as Chalmers. Kobe drives and draws off 3 people.. he hits a wide open 3.

Chalmers is inconsistent but he shows up when it counts. I can always count on him having a great game in 2 of the games in the finals at least.

Then you've never seen Derek Fisher play!! For role players hitting big shots, he's about as close to Horry as anyone.

But he's still not an assassin!!
