Pat riley once said if I had to pick a guy to take a shot to win a game I would pick michael jordan if it were for my life I would pick larry bird.

The first year he did take more than one a game. He regressed over the next four years. That's all there is to it. He doesn't get points for less attempts when he never eclipsed .286 from year two through year five.

Yes, he's a better three point shooter than Lebron, but Ray Allen or Reggie Miller, he was not. That said, he hit some dagger threes in his career, no lie.

When he actually shot a decent sample size, he was 40% plus.

Well duh this was an easy one. Bird was better. LBJ has lost 3 championships already. He is 2-3 and 3 of the 5 years they were the best team and he Also got crushed by the spurs.

As a Lakers fan, I watched Bird his whole career due to the Bird/Magic thing and of course the Lakers/Celtics rivalry. I had no idea that he was such a world class trash talker until after he retired and these stories started coming out.
