I don't believe the defense either, and I wouldn't say "no problem" about the offense, because, while I do believe DeMarco Murray is a great RB, Tony Romo has absolutely proven to this point that he will blow games.

So shaky defense + shaky QB + quality RB / Century Link Field = Seahawks win

in the past..yes because he was throwing so much. with a running game now not as much so less opportunity for him to gag late. :L

I've always seen Romo as a guy who was asked to do too much for his team to win, and because of that he tried to do too much to get the win. I see a lot of Romo's "blown" games like the Pedro Martinez game where Grady Little didn't pull him out.

Romo has 67 career wins as a starter, 25 of those were won in the 4th quarter (37%). That's a higher percentage than any active player with 25 GWD except Matt Ryan (40%) and Carson Palmer (38%). No one succeeds every time, but with Romo, every time he fails everyone takes note and uses it against him. The last 3 Dallas teams aren't 8-8 without him, and definitely not last year's team.

Sounds like two of their starting linebackers are banged up. Bruce Carter isn't expected to play and Rolando McClain is iffy as well. Even more of a reason for offense to hopefully get on track in this game. Hoping for Lynch to a huge day.

Also even though Murray is having a huge start to the year he has also lost 4 fumbles already. The defense has been able to force fumbles frequently but haven't quite gotten the bounces to recover them. Hopefully that changes this week.

without McClain Lynch will gash the defense.

Like the poster said it really does depend on Murry this man does lead the league in rushing AND he put up over a 100 yards on 22 carries and a TD against the 49ers wether its home or away its something to watch out for he doesnt really need to have a huge game just need to convert 3rd down like the chargers did and keep our defense on the field and our offense off. I would prefer to play him similar to the rams if you look at that game if you take away that 44 yard run murrys day was 23 carries for 56 yards

In-between his critical mistakes yeah he puts up good stats... Romo has his good moments.... Followed by WTF moments... He doesn't suck he just can't stay sharp mentally at times... And the qb position is a mental position...

Ahh all the Romo hate out in full force

No sense debating a closed mind on any subject .

I will just say I am hoping for a victory and no injuries on either team

Let's all remember that yes, we lead the league in run defense, but faced bottom tier running teams while Dallas has faced SF and NO in the top tier and the rest in the middle. Flipping that around, they have faced bottom tier run defenses, while we have played mainly middle tier, so my feeling is it will be closer than most think.

This will be a tough game. Murray and that O-line are playing well. Dez, TW, and Witten are major threats with Beasley doing pretty well in the slot. We appear to either not be getting the pressure we are used to or the DBs are laying off a bit due to the new rules. It also may be that teams have found a weak spot in either our defensive play calling or the scheme, with the wheel routes against cover 3. We cannot count on unforced Romos to happen since every team has played it pretty safe and short against us and only 1 team with real speed has tried us deep (Desean Jackson).

I hope for Beast to have a hell of a day, but we will see. The coaches may believe that Dallas will go all out to stop the run and that may lead to Kearse, Baldwin, Willson having good days.

All I know, is it is going to be a fun one!

If this game was being played in Dallas I believe the Cowboys would win easily but since it is being played in Seattle the Seahawks will eke out a win.

So just outta curiosity... Do you bury your head in your pillow or just pretend Romo never makes ridiculous mistakes at times... I"m not hating, I'm pointing out the obvious... I never said I thought Romo totally sucked at the position... He has good moments...

Easily ? You guy's barely beat the Texans at home ... I think it's safe to say Seattle is a step above that... I think you Cowboy fans are thinking your O is better than what it really is... You haven't faced a defense like Seattle's ...

New Orleans is not top tier.

SF is now. But its fair to say that their ship has rightened a bit since the start of the year.

NO is currently number 9 in Rush yards/game. Not sure what the advanced metrics say. They also have scored the most rushing TDs, but bye weeks come into play there. Also, they have done this without their top back for a couple weeks. That is still in the top 10 and I usually go by a 3 tier system. Top 10, Middle 12, bottom 10. Some may quibble with top 10 being considered top tier, and I understand that. I should have defined my terms better in the post.

The 49ers would be better if they upgraded at QB.

The Cowboys will be able to run on your defense.

Just because you guy's ran on other defenses doesn't mean your gonna run on Seattle's .... That's no easy task bro... I bet you money we can run on your D ... You guy's were one of the worst D's in football last year and haven't been properly tested yet.... That should be your number one concern...
