Fame and youth is a deadly mixture.....All of a sudden, he is a super star and thousands of beautiful women want him, money opportunities out the gazoo, with companies wanting him as the face of their product, etc etc...
And he begins to believe the hype himself for a while, until something brings him back down to earth again.....
It's common place amongst young star athletes.....

The fact that he's the one filing makes this more bizarre. But pro-athletes marrying young like that rarely works out. Especially with how much success he's had at a young age and all the attention coming his way now.

Just hope it's not a distraction to him this season.

How does a professional athlete keep a marriage working? All that time on the road, camps, practice, games, interviews, etc., where is the time for a relationship? Got to be tough to maintain it.

I thought in Football it would be easier since you're actually at home most of the time.....Even when you have road games you don't leave until the Friday and you're back by Sunday/Monda Night

First thing I thought was,, dump her before she gets entitled to half of 20 mill a year....

second thing i thought was. I always wondered how much time they had for each other. Kid spends like 18 hours a day at the seahawks facility.

after the super bowl he's been doing the late night circuit, spent a week at freaking rangers training camp, and now is hosting offensive workouts.

But as has been said, go the derek jeter route.
