Here's to our fellow fans from maple leaf country.
At yesterday's Husky game our party bus was in front of a bus full of football fans from Kamloops. There were 50 of them on this charter bus. I was blown away that there were actually football fans from that far away of a college team. Awesome group of people.
They explained that Canadian football sucks and there are tons and tons of american football fans up there. They used to come to every Husky game and a bunch of Seahawks games, but the Canadian dollar falling has priced them out of it so they only come down once a year now.
They were staying in some hotel in Bellevue and were all going to the Seahawks game today.
So there is a group of happy canucks enjoying this game right now before their long bus ride back across the border.
BTW, they brought quite a few canadian beer brands with them and it was some tasty stuff.
I've always found most Canadians to be more down to earth kind of people.HORRIBLE people!
That's cool. Those weren't my words. I really haven't watched much of it so can't say either way. That was those guys from Kamloops saying they didn't like their own brand of football.
