I throw in could because who knows if he will sue or not? But, yes, I believe he can make a case under the circumstances I have mentioned where Goodell throws out her ruling. Ironically, that's your other lie where you claimed I was not aware this ruling could not be appealed.

Even though my thoughts specifically were based on the NFL appealing for lie 1. Lie 2 he inadvertently admitted the lie without admitting he lied by saying I throw in "could".
