The thing is, if the former judge hands down any type of discipline and the NFLPA or the NFL want to appeal they can. Especially if it's about the punishment. It doesn't mean Roger is going against the former judge. He's just increasing the punishment based on the power he has by the CBA. He'll argue and WIN it's all about protecting the shield. The job he's paid more handsomly for than what a former federal judge ever made. Don't forget Roger was a lawyer and now has been with the NFL how long? There is a reason lawyers practice certain areas of law.

Hahahahahaha. In order to convince me you did not lie you added another lie. No, I said I could see a suit having merit if the NFL appeals and gives him a longer suspension than Robinson handed down. Never said he will sue.

Since we don't know that he has sued hard to say he did......since we don't know if he sues that he will win, hard to say he'll win.....since there is not even a verdict for Rog to overturn hard to say it was overturned

OBTW it's what Roger does if he feels he's being played the fool, or if he thinks the owners/the shield want it. Welcome to the Goodell era NFL you must've been sleeping the past decade +. Over reaction and crazy penalties is the norm.
