worth wondering but not possible she's just shooting her shot? Does Buzbee seem like a guy who would not take on a case who had even a speck of merit? I mean, it's clear some of those he took on lied and he still took their case.

Yeah, with no physical evidence, it's a "preponderance of the evidence" thing.

Number of accusers is part of that.

With that many accusers, the chances that all of them are lying is pretty small.

However, the chances that they are all telling the truth is also pretty small.

Figuring out who's lying and who isn't is virtually impossible.

That's the problem with him settling. There are fair questions...questions that could significantly impact the case...that won't get asked. Such as, "why did you see him again?" and "why didn't you record the 2nd meeting?"

On the other hand, it also prevents him from having to explain his behavior.

I'm defending him doing what some have tried to accuse him of doing (so did the NFL in their hearing). did he do something inappropriate or maybe even very inappropriate? My guess is yes. He has issues and hopefully he's used this time to work on them.

DW's a complete scumbag with some seriously creepy issues. Is he guilty of this latest allegation? Obviously nobody except those two really know. But without any type of evidence I have to question the timing of this person finally speaking up. It just seems odd after all the settlements. She waited a really long time to say something.

Can’t do that.

There could be many potentially valid reasons why she didn’t come forward until now.

Can’t assume any 1 victim is lying.

More likely than not that she isn’t.
