You have no idea what has been going on in this woman’s life.

Judging by DeSean’s behavior I would bet anything there are others who haven’t come forward.

So why assume any single person is lying?

It is really hard to come forward in these cases. Victims get judged and shamed. Always need to give the benefit of the doubt until proven they don’t deserve it.

I'm fine leaving "Jane doe" alone (so brave) it's the rush to judgement on the accused I take issue with especially when the accusers go Jane Doe.

I will give Ashley Solis all the credit In the world. I believe her. I believe he was inappropriate. And I would defend her position all day long because she stood up and held her ground.

I am not going to disparage Deshaun further based on a "from left field" accusation that even Tony B wouldn't pick up. Because you know full well she went to him.

Who knows why she has come forward when she has. We have to condition ourselves to remove timing expectations from these things and instead just lean on the quality of the case and evidence, a tough task in these cases as they are already naturally He Said/She Said kinds of exchanges. Long story short, there’s no longer “right way vs wrong way” for how a victim of sexual assault is going to act. In fact, we’ve come to learn that those societal expectations actually get in the way of more women coming forward.

Pretty interesting phenomenon where a woman is assaulted yet somehow acknowledges gets paid triple her normal charge.

I just can't. It's absolutely ridiculous.

What a game!! This Tribe team is such an anti-Browns team. Overachievers. Let their play do their talking. Hustle their asses off. Never out of a game and when they get a lead they hold it.

Would add while I usually think baseball managers are highly overrated, Tito shows why he is not. Most managers would have saved Clase for a save situation, instead of getting maybe the biggest out of the game. Problem is you put a lesser pitcher in there there might not be a save situation. A little concerned no one else up in the 10th but guess he knows his pitchers best.

I can agree in general what you say is spot on. But hard to believe she didn't try to be included in the original cash grab and was told no thanks.

Because truth tellers totally wait 2 years, never file a police report, and then decide they can't be part an overwhelmingly accepted civil trial because.......reasons.

Oh and Tony B would not take her on and oh....she admitted receiving more in payment than usual.

it really is the anti-Browns.....the Browns would literally be 5-0 right now if they didnt come up small and choke in the 4th qtr.

The Guardians have so much less talent- no experience, and tons of young guys- but they have a great manager, confidence and play great when the money is down.

I realize the Yankees are still the favorite- but this team that debuted 17 rookies, that is the first "youngest" team in baseball to even make the playoffs since 1986, is playing a fun brand of baseball.
