About damn time but I think if they win here and there then a change won’t happen until the offseason. Sooner rather than later

He's a replaceable player at a cheaper price....at first I thought this was Robert and was like WTF?

He also could be a piece in a package deal for a player with a bigger name before the deadline if they try and make a move.

I also have an issue with the play call on 4th but they should have kicked the extra point.

Yeah, I agree. 4 minutes left, you have to figure KC will get a 3 pt attempt regardless. At least protect yourself from losing even if they miss.

Not something a 1-3 team should do if they have playoff aspirations IMO. With their luck this season, defend against the loss instead of risking one by going for 2.

Celtics fans were pretty precious over him when Durant trade scenarios were being thrown around. He's a definite glue guy, but a role player in the end.

My take on this:
Whether they kick it or they go for it and don’t get it or they go for it and get it…they have to play defense vs Mahomes anyway. The only thing I can say on behalf of the decision is this. It’s really unorthodox but seeing as it was a run play, I’m thinking maybe he doesn’t WANT to get that 2 points. I know. On the surface, pretty crazy but hear me out. The Chiefs offensive strength isn’t in running the football and taking the air out of the ball. That’s a lot of time they have to run out. The Chiefs have little impetus to score there. They just want possession. You’re putting the Chiefs in a spot where they’re just an average offense. Down 1 or tied, they milk that clock while the defense has to play “keep it in front of you” and they win on a walk off FG. Maybe I’m talking out my ass and that’s not how he assessed it. Ironically, if that’s what he wanted, it worked. They got the ball back with plenty of time and only needing a FG. The problem in his calculus is the fact that his QB is really just a marginal guy and not a winner and he failed to execute when it was winning time.

I think that's a bit out there......but so was going for 2.

seems like a good play but this is Belichick and when has he done what was expected? way the Browns' run D played last week obvious move seems to be run Stevenson all day....So maybe he throws with Jones back from injury? Hell, maybe some RB we never heard of gets 3 TDs.

Home and ate a couple of leftover slices of NY style pizza and chilling with 9yo AJ (oldest of wife's grandkids) watching Gravity Falls.....the 8yo girl Amiya and 6yo boy Fatty aka Elijah are asleep......and my 3.5 month little homie Demetrius is in office with the wife. He's the one you've seen pics of.

If you're an old fart and don't know what that is......Gravity Falls, you can impress your kids or grandkids and tell them you like the animated show where a male and female kid go to visit their strange uncle in Oregon (I think) and weird, creepy, supernatural shenanigans take place.
