See what I mean? They led the game for the first 59 minutes and 9 seconds today and find a new way to lose.
They should be able to win the rest of their games, if only because I'm pretty sure they can't come up with any more new ways to lose.

Apparently, the Celtics waived Lonnie Walker IV?
Forsberg: Why the Celtics elected to waive Lonnie Walker IV
Lonnie Walker IV impressed in camp, but several factors beyond his control led to the Celtics waiving him, writes Chris Forsberg.www.nbcsportsboston.com
For $$$ reasons, apparently. A damn shame, though.
Walker IV can put the ball in the basket... he can play.
Someone is gonna get pick him up and get a useful player.
Right... I still would be surprised if no NBA team takes a flier on him... Walker IV can score. He’s going to the g league
He was gonna cost the Celtics 10m to put him on the main roster
They may still clear out a spot for him later on. Unfortunately. The Springer trade is holding them back right now

He seems to have grown up a little as a MAV and has actually become a leader on the team. He's definitely one of the most talented players in the league. I did not like the way he left Boston and as a Celtics fan I won't forget how he stomped on the logo at the Garden after his Nets beat us in a playoff game.
I thought it was funny how he needed some me time in Brooklyn. So he went out clubbing and got suspended for breaking the then league virus protocols. He's always been about himself.
But for all you Mavs fans it's good he's finally stopped being so selfish. And I agree he's a helluva player
I never liked that trade
And shai was such a Danny pick.
Celtics would’ve taken him with that pick
They absolutely still should’ve traded IT though
They weren’t ready to be a contender and needed the extra picks to make the big trade Danny never made after kyrie anyway
I really liked IT.
I'm actually a Celtics fan but follow the Mavs as well since we do business down in Dallas and I had the misfortune of having to live there for several years.I thought it was funny how he needed some me time in Brooklyn. With Porzingis injured and Horford being ancient of days... it's doubtful that these C's are gonna take down the wins in a season record. The beat goes on with an easy win over the Wizards. I wonder if these guys have the focus to be able to beat the Warriors record for wins in a season; I know they certainly have the talent to give it a run.
I've been so hyped, I didn't realize he had any sort of long-term injuryWith Porzingis injured and Horford being ancient of days... it's doubtful that these C's are gonna take down the wins in a season record.
Even when Zinger returns... Boston is likely to be super careful with him before the playoffs.
Boston gots to have its white boysIt's early yet... but Fast PP impressing after 4 games:
- 16+ ppg
- 50% 3 pt FGs
It shouldn't be overlooked that Pritchard isn't just a shooter... he moves the ball on offense, penetrates when given the opportunity, and is full of hustle so he isn't a total mark on defense.
I remember that a lot of folks laughed when Danny Ainge took him in the 1st Round...
... who's laughing now?
