Doug Fister is just sitting out there waiting for someone to sign him.

The Astros sucked so bad for so many years because they did a full rebuild mode. Something ownership wouldn't allow any of our shitty GM's to do. If you can't rebuild but can't buy a championship you are left with a situation like this where their ceiling is a wild card game.
