thing about sanchez from toronto is he is 25 yo.not 34
if i give up cano with 5 years on his contract..i feel sanchez is good compensation

Nobody is touching Cano with his PED's and contract. Sanchez is nice, but he gets hurt more than Paxton. The best ability an athlete needs is availability.

Nobody is touching Cano with his PED's and contract. Sanchez is nice, but he gets hurt more than Paxton. The best ability an athlete needs is availability.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you are even allowed to trade a suspended player. Not that that's what would stop a trade but if the contract wasn't the obvious issue I don't think its legal anyway

I think you are right, but there is always the PTBNL option. Not sure what the time limit is to name that player though.

well.. if they cant find a good deal for cano with normal MLB players..they could take prospects..which would help
the minors
we already know they need a R/R handed ..OF ..that is ready for AA or AAA
and hermann LHP is in his last year at AA so they could use a LHP that is ready for AA
then prob two more would be the normal price for all stars


but somhow i dont want him too mess up the club that is winning..now without him

then minnesota may become an option..cuz they have prob at 2B and DH as well
with logan morrison at DH..and there 2B underpreforming
