Seems unlikely that the cops would hold back on referring charges for a date certain after about a year investigating something like this.

I'm certain that we're getting these reports about several teams wanting to trade for him without knowing that outcome. It's smart to try before because the price is considerably lower than it will be, if as I suspect, there aren't going to be any misdedemeanor charges.

Houston is taking a tremendous gamble on that outcome as well, they get nothing on the unlikely event that there are charges, but are also greatly rewarded if he's not going to be charged. If there's no trade before April 1st, then Houston has already been given the heads up by some person with knowledge of the situation.

If t. Henike can get 7 wins why can't Trib or Mariota get 9 or 10? Any QB is an upgrade from TH right now. You add Thomas and Samuel to the offense we should be fine. I'm leaning towards getting a FA QB and drafting Green the OG from Texas A& M at #11 to take over for Scherff. The only hole in the o-line will be swing OT. Sign back Carter, JD, and Humphries and the offense is fine. THERE IS NO NEED TO AKE A WR IN THE DRAFT.

Samuels isn't that great and is looking like a bust and I wouldn't put Trubisky or Mariota as a upgrade they might be slightly better but that's not saying much

Samuel didn't even play. How can you judge him? ANYTHING is an upgrade over TH. If we had those two guys last year, we would have made the playoffs over the Eagles.

I think the Utah LB will be gone by #11. The LB Dean is not an MLB. He is basically the same thing as Davis.

We cannot make the mistake of drafting a guard at 11. This is a deep draft for OL imo. At # 11 we should be able to find a LB, CB, WR or safety as a starter at that pick.
