Well it looks as if the Rams are looking for their next head coach in the coordinator realm. McDaniels is one name I've heard along with Lynn and Shanahan. I know Fisher was a "head coach" and he didn't work out but I'm asking myself why don't they go after a proven certified HEAD COACH with a winning record?

Is it the money? does no one that fits that definition want to coach for the Rams or are these three guys really that good? When I think coordinator I think Linehan and that was a disastrous experiment. The front office has one shot at this in my opinion. They must get it right. They cannot afford any more experiments.
Open up that moldy dusty wallet and get a proven winner not a long shot.

But they're also supposedly looking at Sean Payton and Ron Rivera(either guy would have to be traded for)...Seems to me they're looking at all different sorts of people, which can never really be a bad thing... With so many openings, we have to make sure we have a first, second and third choice...Unless we strike first and hire someone real fast(but that's not likely)...

I have this distinct premonition that this ownership and FO are going to eff this HC search up so badly that it will lead to another year, at least, of complete ineptitude. The reason we are last on the list of clubs with HC vacancy selections is because NOBODY wants to work for the LIMP BISCUIT!! It is that simple.

Setting us up for success(right before Stan's RamsWonderLand opens, or whatever the hell it'll be called lol) kind of like he did with the 49ers for Harbaugh? Not the way I'd LIKE to go, but it is an interesting possibility...
