The guy the Rams should really make a push for is Dave Toub. He is exactly what we need and he'd bring a couple of his fellow Andy Reid-trained buddies with him and may be a player or two.

I know you sights are set on Dave Toub but he likely is hired in a package deal with GM prospect Chris Ballard, and I'm not sure the Rams are ready to part ways with Les Snead, unless they can land a top HC with the experience of a Payton, Harbaugh, Cowher or Gruden type.
For HC candidates like those gents, the Rams would let their new HC bring in his own GM, for HC candidates with no NFL HC experience, like Toub, or little experience like Singletary or McDaniels' they will likely keep Snead around.

Personally, I'm hoping for a Seahawks first round exit to see if Carroll wants to come back to LA.
