The players already know the truth and have given their all for two consecutive seasons under Rivera producing 7-9 and 7-10 records. They know that with a much better QB the playoffs, possibly further is easily achieved. Rivera knows this too, publicly promising for two consecutive years to get them an answer at the position. If he brings in either Bridgewater, Trubisky or any of the scrubs this means that HE is the issue, not the team!! They won't give their all for someone who talks the talk but can't deliver as he asks them to do.
I agree in part, but it's hard to get a true franchise qb.

disagree. He is the best player available and fills a need. Give me an example on who you would take?
Tell me who their QB will be and I'll tell you exactly who they must draft at #11.

I agree, but it's harder when you have Walmart shopping habits and refuse to shop anywhere else.

Rivera's problem is over promising and under delivering. Remember what his vow was a year ago? (Number one priority was to solve the QB issue) So, here we are again, one year later and that same old shit is coming out of his mouth.

At some point, the boy who cries wolf, won't get any attention from anyone. He will be an extremely lucky dude to get another year of great effort from his players by failing to fulfill his two year old top priority with Trubisky or Bridgewater. Players know players, you can't sell them on a body who fill a need but isn't a baller.

Need help at skilled positions as well as on defense. We have Wes and Charles not too mention we can go G later than round 1 of this draft.

Washington has been selling this shit for years now and the results are clear. Their mantra should be "We are the Wizards of the NFL! We spend league leading money on players a don't get jack in return!"

It is interesting that most other organizations are able to get star players AND make things work with the same salary cap restrictions, but good ole' D.C. sports organizations, operate on the premise that one Bradley Beale or Scary Terry is enough to keep them interested but consistently out of the running for anything else.
well see the guys you are talking about were drafted by their current teams and hence they reduced risk . what you are asking is for us to risk our resources on aging players or troubled ones

i mean what are you going to do , give up 3 1sts for rogers and have him retire after next year ? or RW gets alex smith syndrome or DW gets suspended for a year and then goes to jail .

thats why i say keep drafting qbs till you get one

and lets be real we have a 3% chance of getting any of those guys

14 of the last 20 Super Bowls were won by teams starting QBs that they drafted.
Eh, you gotta be careful when you limit yourself to "SB-winning QBs" b/c there are VERY few of those. From the #s I've got, there are only 34 Qbs to have ever won a SB. Of those 34 QBs, 15 were top 10 picks. That’s 16 if you include Big Ben who was taken 11th. Either way, more than a 3rd, and just under half, of ALL SB winning Qbs were drafted in the top 10, with all but a handful winning with the team that drafted them.

That means the other 20 picks in rd 1 and the other 6 rounds, COMBINED, only produced 19 SB-winners in all of the 56 SBs. Therefore, the numbers say that if you want a SB-winning QB, the most likely place to fine one is, by far and away, in the top 10 picks of the first round.

Or, you go get that one... in the history of the league, who has become available, is young, already a top 3 QB in the league, and meets the criteria that you have outlined in your post.

Well the Texans have had him and they haven’t sniffed a Super Bowl

JP Finlay says he knows for a fact there are Watson conversations being had at Ashburn and if he's cleared they are all in on him.
