*To say RR hasn't fixed a thing is likely not completely accurate. He has done some good since being named HC. More into changing the current culture in DC than Jay Gruden was even interested in internal culture. I could go on about the minority hirings, collaborative work place and a sense the org is trying to move on from the "old regime". Problem is, Snyder is still around rearing his ugly head.
