Real nice to see Keith Askins move up in the FO for the Heat and Juwuan as an assistant. Juwuan will most likely have the same role Askins did which was working with the teams big men.

You do realize that this statement contradicts itself. Over-achieving means performing past your expectations. I think the term you're looking for is "under-achieving"?

Nice article by CBS Sports on Spo's contract extension. I like towards the end of the article they speak of Spo and the fact that he has no ego and is an even-tempered guy which is helpful to a team made up like this. Contrary to what most think, that Spo needs to be more of an ego-maniac with his players and the refs.
