IMO the only way the Mariners sign Snell is if Stanton or one of the other owners steps in. He is the exact opposite of what Jerry likes. Even though his biggest contract given out what basically for a lesser Snell. From every report Scott Boras and him are like oil and water with Boras wanting as much money as possible and Jerry refusal to negotiate
