I'll add more to that. I've been going to and watching games and bleeding Mariner blue since I was a little kid.
This season I'll turn 50 years old and have yet to see this team win jack shit. Why do we torture ourselves with this fake ass team who doesn't even try? Its not worth it because the ownership/FO are full of shit and half ass everything and rake in the money and us dumbfuck fans pay for it every year.

I hear ya. I'll be 57 and also have nothing to show for my fandom. I should have stayed a Reds fan back in '77 instead of going for the local team. I have spent thousands supporting this team over the decades and they only shit on us fans. Divorce isn't out of the question for me with them after all this BS.

An idea I just heard is the longer and longer they wait (as long as they have a handshake deal with Snell) the better it is for the Mariners if they actually trade Castillo. His contract is massively team friendly and trading Woo or Miller only massively adds to payroll while replacing Castillo with Snell only would add between $5-10 million dollars.
