i have zero hope in rg3 and kirk. i wouldnt mind taking a qb like petty, grayson or mannion in the later rounds because we have the qb coaches to develop qbs.

they assign him to certain areas and he coaches the position . he is a gopher but its a training position

They actually do all the grunt work they scout the teams that the skins are playing watch film on opposing teams they coach the practice squad basically get all information for the next opponents the skins are playing
