Here's my Sharks 2012-2013 roster. A little thin on the forward corps, but it would balance out the lines a little bit. Basically the only changes are a big trade with Washington. Trade Boyle (Greene replacement), Clowe a 1st and 3rd Round Pick (most likely the compensation for Greene if he were offersheeted by DWil) for Brouwer, Chimera and Greene. Ted Leonsis and George McPhee would probably laugh me off the phone though.

Aaaaand Greene re-ups with the Capitals, lol, so this trade that had close to zero chance before is now rendered completely moot.

So the list of teams that have made Doan an offer now that we know of are Detroit, Pitt, Buffalo, Vancouver, LA, and the Minnows. So much for the deadline of the 16th. The Doan waiting game drags on like expected because he is most likely staying in Phoenix.

Shane Doan hasn't decided if the Coyotes' future is secure enough for him to re-sign with Phoenix. Doan's agent confirmed to the San Jose Mercury News that the Sharks are a potential landing spot for the 35-year-old. It is also believed that the Kings and Canucks are in the running.

I think it is very safe to say now that Doan will remain in PHX. The referendum was denied paving the way for a transfer of ownership to Jamison if he has the money. Time to move on to Semin Doug.

Oh and supposedly the offer we had on the table to Doan was for 4 years $24M. If you wanna believe hockeyyinsiderr who also said we had a 1 year $1M offer on the table for Modano with quotes from his family haha.
