No, but I think Bama loses one eventually by losing two starting LB's last weekend.
Not sure of the depth behind them. I assume they are 4* or 5* guys. However they are backups for reason. By mid-season they are probably back to championship form and one loss won't keep them out of the play-off unless the PAC, Big 12, ACC, and Big 10, all have undefeated teams.

Not necessarily. Depends on how well the teams execute in their win-loss. If it looks like a bag of flaming shit... no. If it passes the elite eyeball test... good chance
