You go out and fucking do it. What do you think is going through his head? Underneath screen, short cross, guys sitting down in the zone while he's got people in his face. He gets paid 20 mill+ to make plays, not throw the ball away. A guy constantly looking to throw the ball away because he's shell-shocked isn't going to be effective.
