For those who may not know, minority investors are those investors that own stock in a company but not a controlling interest.

If Snyder owns 51 percent, he has controlling interest. Owners that have 15 percent interest have little control over policy or direction......

I'm not sure what you mean by proven evidence. Evidence is evidence, and apparently there will at least be witness testimony and text messages, and then it will be up to the trier of fact to decide if something has been proven. If there were a trial, I'm sure there will be disputes over what evidence is admissible. Is that what you meant?

Before proven, evidence is nothing more than substance to bring a law suit to trial.

Evidence can be as simple as a credit card receipt that shows his card was used at a spa on a particular day, or a parking meter payment or even someone who overheard he was thinking about getting a massage or as much as video and audio recordings showing the crime in an indisputable manner. Evidence comes in all shapes and sizes. Some is more damning than others. Is that what you meant?

That’s not evidence. Since, I’m guessing, she didn’t have a r*pe kid done on her there is no evidence that it wasn’t consensual. I haven’t seen the DM’s or texts or whatever but does he actually speak of committing anything that could even be taken seriously as illegal?

The evidence will be the victims testimony as in most cases involving sex, sex abuse. These acts are done in private and I don't think anyone has said r*pe, just sexual abuse.

There is at least witness testimony and the text messages. These things are considered evidence. Whether the evidence is strong enough will be up for a jury or judge to decide, if this goes to trial.

He now links himself with seeking & engaging in sexual acts with a massage therapist.
The corroborates the testimony of the other 14 Jane Doe's who have described Watson as looking to engage in sexual acts during the massage.

Some of these cases sound like sexual harrassment not sexual abuse. You can still sue for that. I don't think a smart attorney for Watson would want to see 20 something cases in front of a jury. Evidence is going to authorities for possible criminal prosecution.
If the DA takes the case, all Jane Doe's attorney needs to do is sit back and wait.
